How can I check on my orders? Can I track the package?
We offer online order status, a feature that will let you check on your past and pending orders. Just log into your account using your email address and password that you created when you registered for your purchase. This will take you to your Account, where you can view the details of past or pending orders.
When viewing your order status, you'll be able to see which items have already shipped and which are in process. If your order was shipped by UPS, we'll include a tracking number.
What if I forgot my Password?
Go to www.kraftcornerstore.com and click My Account in the top middle of the site. Click 'Forgot your password?' and enter in the email address you used when placing your order. An email will be sent to that address with a new password to use on the site.
What if I need to return an item?
Only non-food items can be returned after purchase. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for eligible items returned within 30 days of your order receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Food ItemsFood items can not be returned. If you are dissatisfied with your food item, please call Customer Service at 800-323-0768.
Damaged ItemsIf you received your item damaged, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days by contacting our Customer Service Department at 800-323-0768.
Items That Cannot Be ReturnedWe are unable to accept returns for food items. If your return is returned after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.
What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, or check payment.
How do I place an order with a check?
When placing your order, choose check as your Payment Method during checkout. You will need to mail us your check before your order will be shipped to you. Send a copy of your confirmation email along with your check and/or write your order number on your check. Make it payable to Kraft Corner Store and mail to:

What are my shipping options?
You can receive FREE standard shipping with your order. Allow up to 4 weeks for order processing and delivery.
If you need your item(s) soon, you can choose EXPEDITED shipping with a nominal additional fee. With expedited shipping, you can expect to receive the item in 5-6 business days after the day you ordered it.
All orders received after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the following business day.
Cancelling or Modifying an Order
Once your order has been accepted and scheduled to ship, changes and cancellations are not allowed to your order. Items that are listed as Pending may be able to be cancelled or modified – contact us at 800-323-0768 for assistance. To view an order to determine if any of the items can be cancelled:
1. Click "My Account" in the top-middle of the page. Log in as a returning customer using the email address and password you created when you made the purchase. On the left-hand side, choose Recent Orders to view your orders.
2. Click the "Order Number" next to the order you wish to review. A detailed list of all the items in your order will be displayed. To have us adjust your order, please call us at 800-323-0768.
What happens if an item I want to order is out of stock?
Sometimes items you order may fall out of stock while we are processing your order. If you are ordering online, you will not be allowed to place an order until the inventory is in stock. In the event that you have placed an order via mail and/or with check payment, you will receive a notification of a delay and the option to cancel your order. If we are unable to ensure future delivery of your item, your entire order and check will be mailed back to you.
What is a Card Security Code?
The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on your credit card. It provides added security when you use your card on the Internet or over the phone. The number appears only on the card itself, not on receipts or statements.
We ask for the security code CSC when you enter your payment information. This helps ensure that anyone placing an order has the card in his or her possession and is not using a stolen credit card number.
Look on the card’s back. Printed in the signature box is either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just its last 4 digits. The 3-digit security code follows. On new Visa cards, the code is embedded nearby in the plastic.
